LABORATORIES |

The
Institution has well
equipped laboratories
which are being
continuously upgraded. The
Institution has spent
handsome amount for the
establishment of various
departments. The
laboratories are fully
equipped and satisfy the
norms laid down by All
India Council for
Technical Education, New
Delhi (AICTE) and
Maharashtra State Board of
Technical Examinations,
Mumbai/ Directorate of
Technical Education, M.S.,
Mumbai. The open door
policy adopted by the
Laboratories enable
students to develop self
reliance under the
supervised guidance of
expert teachers. Various
departments have good
potential to take up
consultancy for small and
medium scale industries
units. The departments
have maintain close with
industries in the
surrounding areas. The
Computer Center of this
Institute has great
utility for the work of
the Institution in
addition to serving the
instructional purposes.
Most of the accounting and
office work has been
computerised. All

Institution
has a very well equipped
Library with large number
of books and technical
journals. Library has a
very good collection of
reference books in
addition to text books.
Institute subscribes to
over 60 technical and
general magazines.
Institute has Audio Visual
Library CDs &
cassettes on subjects of
general interest as well
as technical matters. The
scheme of BOOK BANK for
the poor and needy
students is implemented.

TRAINING
& PLACEMENT |
|
Institution
has a Training and
Placement Cell which keeps
liaison with industries at
Nashik, Ahmednagar, Pune,
Aurangabad etc. and helps
in the placement of Final
Year Diploma Students in
suitable industries in
addition to serving as
placement cell, it
arranges industrial
training at various
industries. The cell also
guides the students who
desires to start their own
small scale industries. It
identifies the members
interested in self
employment and arranges
periodical seminars a
special programmes for
them as below.

EARN
AND LEARN SCHEME |
|
In
order to imbide the spirit
of dignity of labour
amongst the students and
to help poor and needy
students. The Institute
implement the “Earn
While Learn” scheme.
Under this scheme, work is
provided to needy students
in Library, Laboratories,
Hostel and Gardens of the
Institution. The needy
students work in their
spare time and earn around
Rs.400/- per month. This
scheme is received good
response from the students
and the academic
performance of these
students is also very
good.

BOYS
AND GIRLS HOSTEL |
|
A
separate spacious building
with total capacity of 250
seats for boys and 250
seats for Girls
and having all the basic
amenities including
recreation hall and well
furnished dining halls
have been constructed. The
hostels are supervised by
a team consisting of a
Rector and several
Assistant Rectors. The
Assistant Rectors stay
with the students in the
hostel. Recreation
facilities like T.V.,
Indoor Games, Reading Room
and Cyber Cafe etc. are
provided in each hostel.
There is also a swimming
pool in a sister
institution which is
available to Polytechnic
students as well. A
central water filtration
plant has been erected
from hygeinic point of
view.

GYMKHANA
AND OTHER FACILITIES |
|
The
Institute has well
equipped Gymkhana with a
multigym. Besides
Gymkhana, the Institute
has well maintained play
grounds for Hockey, Foot
Ball, Cricket, Basket
Ball, Volley Ball, Kabaddi
and Kho-Kho and excellent
facilities for indoor
games like Badminton,
Table Tennis, Chess and
Carrom etc. Due to these
excellent facilities our
students have always
topped in the Inter
Engineering Diploma Sports
competition and have
bagged many prizes. A
students co-operative
store functions within the
Polytechnic campus and
supplies at concessional
rates text-books,
instruments and consumer
stationery articles to the
students. Extension
counter of Pravara
Sahakari Bank Ltd. and
Telephone Booth with S.T.D.
facility are available on
the campus.

students of our institute,
